I used an air variant of that in AB once. Used GoLE, Blinding Flash, Gale, etc....
Was fun taking down melee by wanding them to death, but i wouldn't recommend it as a general build. Great for a laugh though, especially if you do manage to take someone down and they rage at you

is this for pvp or pve o.o? i use SS and weapon of aggr and it pwns with a spawning staff (15% dmg enchnated staff) which has an avg of 40-60per wand atk. Since its lightning dmg, it can be used with a low attributed conjure lightning for even more dmg
. Or u can stick sin skills and have a flawless 400-500dmg spike or 40-100dps dagger rt/a good for RA only though

Asuran scan (+75% damage against target)
Ebon battle standard of courage (+15 damage and another +10 vs charr) Dodge this (next attack +20 damage, unblockable) That'll make you the best wander ever. |

Conjure Lightning (11 Air) - +16 Spirit's Strength (14 Spawning) - +33 Ebon Battle Standard or Courage thingy - +15 Asuran Scan - +75% (20+16+33+15)*1.75 = 147 armour ignoring damage before the base damage of the wand is added. That could be anywhere from almost nothing up to 52 if you use a customised wand/staff with a 15% while enchanted mod on it, and depending on what you hit. So that's a hit anywhere from ~150 up to 199.....with a wand, and it's maintainable. Throw in 6-7 points in channeling for Weapon of Aggression and it's fast damage too. Ima gonna try that for a laugh.
